The Radom Academy of Economics is launching new support – the opportunity to pass W-F classes in the form of yoga. As part of the alternative W-F classes, the RAE runs yoga classes dedicated to students with disabilities. Classes are free and start on April 1, will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 16.15 in the Solar Clinic at Staroopatowska 1a.
Classes will be run by Katarzyna Buchacz – Iyengar certified yoga teacher in Introductory II. She completed a teaching course with Roman Grzeszczykowski. Master’s degree in English philology. A passionate yoga teacher and founder of Mrs. Joga Studio. Yoga practice and teaching are her way of life. He is constantly developing his skills and expanding knowledge by practicing and training in B.K.S. Iyengar’a. In his free time he travels, reads, cooks and deepens his knowledge about the correlation between emotions and the body.
