The meeting will be devoted to the observation of oneself, one’s thoughts, emotions, signals from the body, as well as the possibility of assessing one’s mood using one of the cognitive-behavioral methods, i.e. scaling. Depressed mood during a pandemic is experiencing more and more people, how to deal with it? How to Take Care of Your Mental Health? These questions and more will be answered during the meeting. There will also be space for your own therapeutic work, in which you will be able to observe your well-being.

During the meeting, there will be an opportunity to make a positive reevaluation, in which there will be an attempt to look at isolation as an opportunity to access education. Isolation as an opportunity for personal development, it will be a kind of attempt to look for opportunities in limitations. How Can I Cope With Stress? During the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the nature of stress in order to try to make friends with it, also discovering its positive dimension, mobilizing and not destructive.
June 7, 2021 17.00, How to deal with examination stress. Ewelina Mleczkowska, psychologist. Session, exams, defense – situations in which the intensity of stress is high. How to deal with stress in these types of situations? During the meeting, there will be an opportunity to learn the techniques of coping with examination stress, so that it does not paralyze, but mobilizes to act effectively. The meetings are also aimed at changing the perspective in which this exam is perceived as a challenge, hence the need to activate resources.
