Student service stationary and online!

Share

According to the current guidelines of the GIS and the Ministry of Health, from May 26, the RAE invites students to take advantage of the possibility of dealing with administrative matters. From Tuesday to Saturday between 8.00 – 16.00 taking all precautions into account, each student will be able to personally deal with their affairs or hand over relevant documents to individual departments. We are still working online, but if you want to use the consultation option in the department – welcome!

In connection with the easing of restrictions on the SARS-Cov-2 coronavirus pandemic, as of May 26, the RAE is offering students the opportunity to settle administrative matters on a stationary basis. We combine remote work with work at the university, so if you decide to stay at home, we still encourage you to use online administrative duties and send documents to your inbox.

ONLINE DURES

However, if you prefer to take care of your business personally, from Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm university departments will again be available for students.

Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law and Administration on the campus at Traugutta will be open to students from Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 16.00.

In the interests of the safety of people working and staying at the university, in accordance with the guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspector, hand disinfection machines were set up at the main entrances. Disinfectants are also found on both university campuses in public toilets.

We recommend that you take precautions to prevent the spread of coronavirus:

– in dean’s offices and other departments related to student service there may be as many people as there are employees available. Other customers should queue with a safe distance from each other.
-all visitors to the university are required to disinfect hands and wear protective masks.
-the university has information on the principles of maintaining personal hygiene.
