Before you start your studies or internships at Radom Academy of Economics, you should learn the rights and duties of Erasmus students. They are set out in the Erasmus Charter.
What do you have to do to be accepted as an Erasmus student at RAE?
If you wish to apply for studying/internships at Radom Academy of Economics as an exchange student, you should make some steps after Your official nomination made by Your university.
-Application procedure for studying
First of all, please, download necessary Erasmus documents:
Print them- Application Form in 1 copy, Learning Agreement (Before the Mobility) in 3 copies, fill them, sign and give to Your Erasmus Coordinator to sign and stamp, attach 3 real photos (scans are not accepted), add Transcript of Records from Your home university and send them together to our mail address. We accept original documents only posted by post, DHL, UPS etc. Scans are not accepted in application procedure and do not constitute the basis for acceptance!
-Application procedure for Internships
Fill them, sign and give to Your coordinator to sign and stamp and send the forms to us: 1 copy of Application Form, 3 copies of Learning Agreeement (Before the Mobility), Your CV and 3 real photos (scans are not accepted) and send them to our mail address. We accept original documents only posted by post, DHL, UPS etc. Scans are not accepted in application procedure and do not constitute the basis for acceptance!
A deadline of sending those documents is:
– 22nd September for students willingness to study in winter semester 2017/18;
– 22nd February for students willingness to study in spring semester 2017/18.
The number of people admitted to study / practice is limited to 60/4 per semester because of the availability of places in dormitories. The school reserves the right to terminate recruitment in the event of premature termination.
All accepted person will be informed about acceptation and will get a scan of Acceptance Letter by e-mail within 30 days of receipt of documents by the university.
If You will have any questions, please, contact International Relations and Students’ Internships Office to give You all necessary needed information. Don’t forget that office hours are Tuesday- Saturday 8:00-16:00 (during academic year), Monday- Friday 8:00-16:00 (during summer time).
