Specialization in human resource management and staff policy prepares students for the job which is related to the development and implementation of the optimum personnel policy. Human resource management is a uniform and consistent method for utilizing the most valuable of the assets of any organization ? people, which with their personal and collective effort, contribute to achieving all the objectives established by the organization, and thus strengthen its competitive advantage. Students in this specialization will gain knowledge of modern methods of personnel selection, training, and also motivation management. Classes will also be enriched with issues related to the social and psychological functioning rules of people in organizations.
