Draft of Specialization
The existence of complex economic structures, in particular the large multinational companies created the demand for legal professionals who have adequate legal knowledge in the field of corporate law. Traditional law degree does not prepare graduates comprehensive enough in this regard therefore, given the important role of the corporations in the global economic, as well as the complexity of the legal issues associated with their activities and the growing demand on the European and international labor market Radom’s Academy of Economics’ Faculty of Law introduced a new, unique in the country specialty: Corporation Law. Curriculum developed for this Specialty is designed to equip students with the knowledge, which will help finding employment in corporate legal services. Graduates will have in-depth knowledge of the legal aspects of the functioning of the corporation. This knowledge will include both theoretical knowledge and practical workshop.
Specialization focuses on:
- The role of in-house lawyers (general counsel / in-house lawyer),
- International arbitration,
- Private Partnership law,
- Commercial law,
- Compliance and the role of the compliance officer
- European company,
- European Economic Interest Grouping,
- Global outsourcing agreement.
Graduates and will be prepared to work on legal positions in corporations. They’ll acquire the necessary knowledge and practical preparation in dealing with the issues arising in connection with the operation of complex economic structures, in particular the large multinational companies.
