Day IT in RAE

On March 17th, 2017, the second edition of IT Day took place at the Radom Academy of Economics (building at 7a Domagalskiego Street). Sorter, Cert Polska / NASK and Radwag presented their stands. The event was attended by high school students from Radom and its surroundings and students from the RAE. Among the participants were the most popular presentations and lectures conducted by CERT Polska / NASK and AT SEO. During the presentation the listeners could win the gifts, and some of them were handed over personally by the president of Humansoft – Mr. Tomasz Fidos.


During this year’s IT Day there were presentations and lectures on the following topics:

– “Computer software for managing weighing devices” – Tomasz Nowak – Radwag
– “How not to get robbed on the Internet? – Piotr Białczak – CERT Polska / NASK
– “Do the game!” – Daniel Sadowski – Nitreal Games
– “Programming of websites and SEO” – Tomasz Wydra – AT SEO
– “Informatics in the State Forests” – Ireneusz Seweryn, Daniel Sahajdak – State Forests
And presentations of companies: Sorter, Tekom and Humansoft

Between 13-15, a programming contest led by Mr. Łukasz Wójcicki took place. It took part in 12 high school students from Radom and the surrounding area. Participants had to solve two tasks in C / C ++. Awards in the competition were founded by Humansoft, Sorter, EaseUS and Radom School of Commerce.

Five students qualified for the finals:

1. Dominika Warchoł – High School in Pionki – 9 pts
2. Krystian Król – VI High School of Jan Kochanowski in Radom – 8.5 points
3. Dominik Bassa – Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Pionkach – 6 pts
4. Aleksandra Warchol – High School in Pionki – 5 pts
5. Marcin Łukasiewicz – School Complex No. 3 Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski – 5 pts

The Final of the Programming Competition will be held on April 1 (Saturday) at the RAE premises at Domagalskiego 7A, K1 room from 10:30 – 14:30.
